Delete Your LumaTale Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your LumaTale account and related personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.

1. Delete from the App

If you still have LumaTale installed:

Open LumaTale and go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account will be removed from the device and our servers.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you have uninstalled the app, or cannot access Settings, send an email from the phone number or email address associated with your account.

Please include:

The subject line: LumaTale Account Deletion Request
Your LumaTale User ID (if you have it)
The registered phone number or email address
A short statement that you want your account and personal data deleted

3. What Will Be Deleted

After we verify your request, we will delete:

Account information (User ID, phone number or email, login information)
Viewing history, playback progress, favorites, and in-app search records
User preferences and content interaction data stored on our servers

4. What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information when required by law, such as records needed for fraud prevention, security, tax, or accounting. Payment records processed by Google Play Billing are handled by Google according to its policies.

5. Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.
